By using NFT Creative's NFTC Token Vendor Machine, you agree to the following terms of use and service:

Eligibility:

To use the NFTC Token Vendor Machine, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Token Usage:

The NFTC Token Vendor Machine is designed to receive ADA payments, with 100% of the ADA received going towards liquidity of the NFTC token or to the pledge of the NFTC stake pool.

NFT Prizes:

The NFTs that can be randomly won from the NFTC Token Vendor Machine are based on a formula but are never guaranteed. The specific NFTs available as prizes are subject to change without notice.

Disclaimer of Liability:

NFT Creative is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the use of the NFTC Token Vendor Machine. By using the NFTC Token Vendor Machine, you assume all risks associated with its use.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold NFT Creative, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the NFTC Token Vendor Machine or any violations of these terms of use and service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
