Eligibility:

To participate in the NFTC Community and redeem $NFTC token rewards, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Token Rewards:

$NFTC token rewards are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NFTC makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the value, quality, or availability of $NFTC token rewards.

Redemption of Token Rewards:

Redemption of $NFTC token rewards is subject to availability and NFTC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the token reward program at any time. $NFTC token rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability Waiver:

By participating in the NFTC Community and redeeming $NFTC token rewards, you acknowledge and agree that NFTC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from your participation in the community or redemption of $NFTC token rewards. You agree to release NFTC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in the community or redemption of $NFTC token rewards.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold NFTC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms of service or any applicable laws or regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this privacy policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

If you reside in multiple jurisdictions, this governing law and jurisdiction clause will be determined by the jurisdiction that has the most significant relationship to the subject matter of the legal action or proceeding.

By using NFT Creative's NFTC Token Vendor Machine, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use and service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the NFTC Token Vendor Machine. NFT Creative reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use and service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure your continued compliance.
